Site Description: Through relational ministry, intentionally and respectfully demonstrating the love of Christ who loved us first, we are helping youth and families at risk experience the transforming power of life in Jesus Christ. God is at work around us enlarging global awareness and forging connections for us to respond in Quito, Ecuador to the issue of modern day slavery, poverty and oppression.
Significant factors make Ecuador a key location for this team to operate, particularly in the area of modern day slavery. With its open borders, Ecuador is a source, transit and destination country for sex trafficking. Poverty, corruption, unemployment and lack of education are prevalent, increasing the high risk for sexual exploitation.
The vision for Casa Adalia is to provide hope, purpose and freedom for girls at risk or who have been rescued from the sex trade so they can experience emotional, physical and spiritual healing and discover their value and purpose as daughters of the King.
