    Ecuador On-Site Coordinator, Volunteer

Cameron Graham Vivanco, Co-Founder of E=H, has been in full time ministry since 1995. She served as the Youth Pastor of the Episcopal Church of the Advent, in Spartanburg, SC, for over five years, and then answered a call to youth ministry missions in 2000. As a missionary with both the South American Missionary Society (SAMS) and International Teams, she has served in the field for six years. She directs Youth World’s short term mission program, QuitoQuest, which receives roughly 500 participants a year. She also trains Ecuadorian youth leaders through the local church and LA Red. LA Red, a branch of Youth World, exists to identify, train and equip youth leaders throughout Ecuador and beyond. Cameron served as the interim director of this past year as well as her ongoing role as speaker, discipler, and mentor.

Having a passion to do Short Term Missions with integrity led Cameron to develop partnership models of STM, focusing on reciprocal partnerships between teams and ministry sites, developing the leadership on both sides of STM. This has given her the opportunity to speak in several countries including the US, Argentina, Thailand, and Ecuador on Short Term Missions.

Cameron was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, and then studied at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. After receiving her BA she began studying with the Institute for Professional Youth Ministry, receiving a certificate at the completion of a two year process.

August of 2006 she was married to Roberto Vivanco, a co-youth worker in the local church of Ecuador, and they now have the privilege of ministering together in Youth Ministries and Short Term Ministries.
