HOPE and Perseverance

We rejoice that St. Jean Baptiste School’s rural location allows students to attend school regularly, away from the gang violence in Port-au-Prince.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to pay our 16 primary and preschool staff members and purchase a limited supply of textbooks and materials.

Because of your generous support, our 350 students in nine primary and preschool classes have received meals at least three times a week.
For many, this is their only source of food.

Please pray for continued provision so these children can keep receiving quality education and meals.

New Reasons to Have HOPE

As we begin 2025, the Emmanuel Kant Team in Cange wants to take a moment to look back at 2024 with gratitude.

Because of you, we have seen real change in our students and our teachers who now have new reasons to smile and have HOPE for the future.

2024 was special for us. For the first time, we were able to pay teachers’ salaries for the first three months of the year. This is a big step forward and a true blessing for our school.

We are so thankful for your support and teamwork.
Together, we are making a real difference.

On December 1, 2024, we celebrated having 146 stud

On December 1, 2024, we celebrated having 146 students of all ages in our Les Cayes Sponsorship Program this year.
Of those, 67 students are attending St. Sauveur Episcopal School, where they continue to grow and learn.

We hope these updates remind you of the difference you are helping provide. Education is certainly something to celebrate in the lives of these children.

This year marked the 15th anniversary of e=h! We have grown from helping 1 student in Ecuador to more than 3,000 students in 7 countries receive educational opportunities that otherwise would not be available to them.

Together, we are creating stronger communities, helping students achieve their educational dreams and breaking the cycle of poverty in families.

As the end of the year rapidly approaches, we have much to be grateful for as we look back on 2024.

We appreciate every one of you! Your support this year continues to make life-changing impact for our students! Education truly does equal hope!

A few ways that you’ve help provide HOPE this year:

Our program in Ecuador - that started with one young girl in 2002 - now impacts over 950 students!!

We now have 4 programs in Haiti - 3 in the South and 1 in the Central Plateau. Our students remain hopeful despite the ongoing turmoil and uncertainty in Port-au-Prince.

We were able to help build a new classroom at Emmanuel Kant in Cange.

St. Michael’s Academy in Kitale, Kenya also built 2 new classrooms and created a safe learning environment for the students in this rural village.

We also partnered with @fortmillerms to provide new desks to City of Light School.

@hope2othersfilter , our clean water filter initiative, has grown from Kenya to Madagascar and Ecuador. We’ve impacted more than 1,800 families with these life-changing filters!!

We were able to make sure that each of the 262 students at Uganda Family Spirit receive 3 meals each day.

Our partnership in Madagascar continues to grow and we will get to visit our students there in June 2025!

We took our second Hope on the Ground Team to visit our Partners in Costa Rica and continue to deepen relationships with our students through Community Action Alliance.

The Blessing School for the Visually Impaired continues construction on its new Campus of Light.

This is just a glimpse of the life changing work that is taking place, thanks to your support. Our students are learning, being empowered and receiving the resources that they need.

As we look forward to 2025, we are grateful to those of you who have generously given and made this possible.
