Jose, also known as Joe, is the social media coordinator for e=h. Born in Quito Ecuador, Joe lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for four years. Joe is passionate about breaking the cycles of poverty through education with holistic care and defense of the rights of people. His job is to share the stories of the beneficiaries of the scholarship program and to capture the short-term visits of the groups in images and videos. Joe firmly believes that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Joe has been involved in ministry since 2007. He has worked as a youth pastor, coordinating missionary and student groups throughout Latin America. Joe is a lawyer and has a Bachelor’s degree in theology by Word of Life Argentina. He also has a Master’s degree in theological studies by Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Certification in Equality and Non-discrimination by the University of Buenos Aires, as well as another leadership certification by George Mason University. He wishes to begin his PHD in the fall of 2025.
